An AI chatbot for your business
answers at 23:40 the way you wouldCustomers ask the same twenty questions: prices, free times, delivery, opening hours. The bot answers them from your own price list and rules, books the customer in or takes the order, and hands anything unusual to a person with the whole conversation attached.
What the bot does
- Answers from your price list, menu, rules and FAQ, not from the internet
- Shows free times and books, or takes an order with payment
- Works in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or as a chat on your site
- Speaks the customer's language: Ukrainian, English, Russian and more
- Hands the conversation to a person when it isn't sure, with the history attached
- Sends you a daily summary: questions, bookings, what it passed to you
- You change prices and rules in one document, and the bot follows them

Common questions
Will it make things up?
It answers only from the documents you give it, and when the answer isn't there it says so and passes the question to a person. You see every conversation.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting plus AI usage, usually a few euros to a few tens of euros a month for a small business. The exact figure is in the proposal.
Which messengers?
Telegram is the quickest to launch. WhatsApp needs a WhatsApp Business account, and Instagram a business profile; I help set both up.
Do customers mind talking to a bot?
Not when it answers at once and a person is one tap away. The bot says it is a bot.
Is customer data safe?
Conversations stay in your accounts and on your server, and the bot doesn't see payment card details.
