Automation for your small business

the copying and reminding stop being someone's job

Look at how a request moves through your business today: someone copies it from Instagram to a spreadsheet, messages a colleague, then forgets to follow up. Each of those steps can happen on its own, the same way every time, while your team does the work that needs people.

what you get

Typical things to automate

  • Requests from the site, Instagram, Telegram and calls collected in one table or CRM
  • The right person gets each request in Telegram at once, with a Take it button
  • Reminders when a request has waited too long or a follow-up is due
  • Invoices, contracts and acts filled in from a template and sent automatically
  • Payments matched to orders, and unpaid ones flagged
  • A morning report in your messenger: requests, sales, what is stuck
  • Data moved between the programs you already use, so nobody retypes it
for your clients

How it goes

  1. 1We map one processOn a call: where a request comes from, who touches it, where it gets stuck.
  2. 2I automate the worst stepUsually the copying or the reminding, in a few days.
  3. 3You see the effectFewer lost requests, faster replies, and a report every morning.
  4. 4We take the next stepOnly if the first one paid off.
where to start

Where to start

  • Requests from site and messengers into one table, with Telegram alerts2–3 days
  • Morning report bot with your key numbers2–3 days
  • Documents generated and sent from templates3–5 days
  • A whole process end to endtimeline after I see how it works today

Every process is different, so the price and timeline come in writing after a short call, step by step.

see it working

From someone who ran production

Before writing software I ran production at a factory myself, so I start from how work actually moves, not from the tools.

how it works

Five steps

  1. 1A 30-minute callFree. You tell me what hurts, I ask how everything works today.
  2. 2A written plan and priceWithin a day of the call: stages, timelines and a fixed price for each stage.
  3. 3A demo every weekI show what's done. We adjust as we go, not at the end.
  4. 4LaunchWe move the data, and I show your team how to use it.
  5. 5SupportAfter launch I stay in touch: fixes, new features.

Common questions

Why not just use Zapier or Make?

They are great for simple links between apps, and I use them where they fit. Custom code makes sense when the logic is specific to your business, the monthly fees grow with volume, or the data shouldn't pass through yet another service.

Do I need to change the programs we use?

Usually not. Automation connects the tools you already have: spreadsheets, CRM, accounting, messengers.

What if something breaks?

Each automation reports its own errors to me, and you get a plain message if something needs your attention.

Is it worth it for a small team?

Most often yes, because in a small team the person doing the copying is also the one who should be talking to customers.

Can AI be part of it?

Yes: reading documents and invoice photos, summarising calls, sorting requests. See the AI chatbot page for examples.
