A CRM built around your business

not your business bent around a CRM

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for an average sales team. If you run a workshop, a clinic, a delivery business or a school, half the fields don't fit and the steps you really need are missing. A CRM of your own follows your process, and it costs nothing per user.

what you get

What goes into it

  • Clients and their full history: requests, orders, payments, messages
  • Your own stages: from request to done, exactly as work moves in your business
  • Tasks and reminders for staff, with Telegram notifications
  • Requests from your site, messengers and calls land in it automatically
  • Payments, invoices and debts in the same place
  • Simple roles: what the owner, a manager and a technician each see
  • Reports that answer your own questions, not a generic dashboard
for your clients

How we build it

  1. 1Map the workOn a call we go through how a job moves today and where it gets lost.
  2. 2Start with the coreClients, requests and your stages, in use within a couple of weeks.
  3. 3Move the dataFrom spreadsheets and your old programs, without losing history.
  4. 4Grow it step by stepPayments, reports, staff apps, as the business needs them.

Systems I've built

Before this: a project management system used by 20M+ people and fleet management software. Earlier still, I ran production at a factory myself.

how it works

Five steps

  1. 1A 30-minute callFree. You tell me what hurts, I ask how everything works today.
  2. 2A written plan and priceWithin a day of the call: stages, timelines and a fixed price for each stage.
  3. 3A demo every weekI show what's done. We adjust as we go, not at the end.
  4. 4LaunchWe move the data, and I show your team how to use it.
  5. 5SupportAfter launch I stay in touch: fixes, new features.

Common questions

Why not HubSpot, Pipedrive or KeyCRM?

Try them first if your process is standard sales. A custom CRM pays off when your work doesn't fit their stages, the per-user fees add up, or you need it tied closely to your site, warehouse or field staff.

How long until we can use it?

The core is usually in use within 2–3 weeks, and we add the rest while you work in it.

Can you move our data from spreadsheets?

Yes. Clients, history and open deals move over, and we check them together before switching.

What if we grow?

It grows with you: new stages, roles and integrations are added as separate small steps.

Who owns it?

You do: the code, the server account and the data.
