Online booking for your clinic

patients book themselves, no phone call needed

A patient picks a doctor and a free time on your site, at any hour. The visit lands in that doctor's calendar at once, an intake form comes back before the appointment, and a reminder the day before asks them to confirm or reschedule. The front desk stops living in the phone, and no-shows drop.

what you get

What the booking does

  • Patients pick a doctor and a free time themselves, at any hour
  • Each doctor has their own schedule and visit lengths: a short check-up, a long first visit
  • A reminder before the visit, with Confirm and Reschedule buttons, so fewer patients simply don't come
  • An intake form before the visit: complaints, allergies, medication. The doctor reads it in advance
  • Optional prepayment online, so no-shows cost the clinic less
  • The receptionist sees the whole clinic, each doctor sees their own day
  • Every patient has one card: visits, notes and files, kept by your practice
for your clients

Systems with roles, built before

In 2026 I built a restaurant delivery platform (website, payments, kitchen, couriers, reports) where each role sees its own screen. A clinic booking system is built the same way, and you can try a booking in the demo bot of a made-up cafe.

how it works

Five steps

  1. 1A 30-minute callFree. You tell me what hurts, I ask how everything works today.
  2. 2A written plan and priceWithin a day of the call: stages, timelines and a fixed price for each stage.
  3. 3A demo every weekI show what's done. We adjust as we go, not at the end.
  4. 4LaunchWe move the data, and I show your team how to use it.
  5. 5SupportAfter launch I stay in touch: fixes, new features.

Common questions

Where do personal and medical data live?

On your practice's own server and accounts, not on mine or a third party's. Reception, doctors and administrators each see only what their role allows. I build with GDPR principles in mind: minimum data, access by role, deletion on request. I don't promise certifications: if you need a formal audit, we plan it separately.

Can the front desk still book by phone?

Yes. Phone bookings go into the same calendar, and free times online update at once, so the same slot can't be booked twice.

We're a vet, not a dentist. Does it fit?

Yes. Visits, lengths and reminders work the same way; for a vet the card holds the pet's history, and the owner gets the reminders.

Do reminders really cut no-shows?

A reminder with a one-tap Confirm or Reschedule turns many silent no-shows into moved visits, and an optional prepayment covers the rest.

What about our existing patient records?

A current list in a spreadsheet or an old program can usually be moved into the new cards. We look at it together on the call.
